The corporate entities of the WEGU group are WEGU Holding Gmb Hand its five subsidiaries:  WEGU Gmbh Wertschöpfung, WEGU SLOVAKIA s.r.o., WEGU GmbH Schwingungsdämpfung, WEGU GmbH Leichtbausysteme and WEGU CANADA INC.

WEGU GmbH Wertschöpfung and WEGU SLOVAKIA s.r.o. form the strategic business unit “Zubehör” (accessories). The subsidiaries WEGU GmbH Schwingungsdämpfung, WEGU GmbH Leichtbausysteme and WEGU CANADA INC. are identical with the strategic business units that carry the same name.

The role of WEGU Holding GmbH is the legal management of the strategic business units and the administration of land, buildings and other fixed assets of the WEGU group, as far as these are not listed in the balance sheets of the subsidiaries themselves. Furthermore WEGU Holding GmbH offers a range of centralized services to the strategic business units and if needed even to external third parties.

Our strategic business units have, concerning their respective product portfolios, full entrepreneurial responsibility for R&D, production and sales. All required resources and processes for product manufacturing and selling can be found in-house in each business unit. Global corporate functions such as controlling, human resource management, financial and information management, quality assurance etc. are provided to the strategic business units by WEGU Holding GmbH.
