Our fully equipped technical lab features the latest technology in the fields of metrology and prototype testing. With these facilities on WEGU’s premises our engineering team can develop smart solutions that can be implemented in very short time.

All of our modern testing machines are software controlled digital measurement systems which fully comply with the requirements of the automotive sector. With these validation and testing resources available, WEGU can bring new products quickly to series production.

Furthermore, we have access to two special-purpose machines designed for specific tasks. One of them is a 1000-Hz test bench for the investigation of acoustic phenomena, the other a mobile measurement station with 16 input channels that enables us to register and analyze a wide spectrum of technical parameters right inside the vehicle.

Our test bench for the evaluation of waterspray reduction systems allows us to perform efficiency tests on existing and new products under nearly realistic conditions (axle loads up to 60 kN und speeds up to 80 km/h).
