At WEGU GmbH Schwingungsdämpfung we have developed a strong expertise in manufacturing composite materials such as rubber/metal, rubber/tissue, rubber/plastic and silicon/rubber into, often complex, high-quality components. Full in-house product development and automated, modern production lines form the basis of our success.


Exhaust System Insulators and Body Mounts (Vibration Absorbers)

Through a new modular approach, the technical characteristics of our vibration dampers can be altered easily and with zero tooling costs. As a result, production can be made very flexible and we can achieve a high degree of automation.
This approach allows our customers to benefit from significant cost reductions regarding both tooling costs as well as the price of the finished part.


Exhaust Hangers

Our recently introduced pendulum systems for the exhaust technology fulfill all technical requirements of a modern high-end hanger system.

A new construction approach has made it possible to design exhaust hangers which can be produced at a much lower cost than similar products from other vendors. All our hangers are individually marked by machines specifically designed for this purpose, ensuring full traceability of the part.

Research & Development

In our technical lab we develop, test and validate all rubber and plastic parts that are subject to dynamic loads. For this purpose we always use the latest measuring and testing equipment that fully complies with the requirements of the automotive industry.
